How it works.

Enroll

Capture each employee through 10 layers of biometric and document verification. NIN, BVN, liveness scan, facial 1:N match — every layer must pass before the employee is added to a payroll batch.

Verify

Cross-database checks run continuously. State and LGA rolls reconcile against the federal pension and bank-account ledgers. Anomalies are flagged with a confidence score and routed to a human reviewer.

03

Pay

Approved batches disburse via Upperlink PayChoice on the 10th of each month. Pension contributions remit to the PFA the same day. Every line item is immutable once the payroll run is approved.

Every employee that joins the payroll passes through ten independent checks. Three are blocking; four route to human review; three are flagged for monitoring. Critical layers (4, 5, 6) require a CTO override — one record at a time — and the override itself is logged immutably in the audit trail.

    Cross-checks the BVN-registered name against the submitted identity via the Upperlink BVN API.

    NIN DOB match

    CRITICAL · Exact

    Date of birth exact-match against the NIMC NIN registry. Any mismatch blocks enrolment.

    Detects BVN reuse across the entire State + LGA + pension databases. Critical flag — blocked until CTO override.
